My second 2015 Mustang key has been lost forever, and I didn't feel safe with just one set, so I finally had a minute and reached out to Vsevolod at Friendly Locksmith and Security based on his reviews. He asked for a photo of the fob, texted right back, and said that he hoped he could squeeze me in the same day after the job he was working on. He gave me a very fair estimate based on the photo. Vsevolod came by at the end of the day and got to work programming and testing the fob. He tested and retested it and had me do the same just to be sure. It is so great now to have this second key and avoid a bigger hassle at a later date. Vsevolod IS friendly, but there are so many other adjectives I would give him. Vsevolod was a lifesaver. My teen boys were locked out of the house and I couldn't make it home to open the door for them. I immediately called Friendly Locksmith and Vsevolod was at my house in 15 min and had the door unlocked within a couple of min. He kept in touch with me via text throughout and his fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use him again!

I needed a few locks re-keyed and, reached out to Vsevolod. He responded within a few minutes, and was able to provide a quote and offered to come do the job the same day! He arrived in the evening with his colleague, and they quickly and explained what they would do, what the pros and cons were of various additional services (e.g., installing additional spool pins to make it harder to pick the lock). Once we agreed on the plan, they did the work very quickly and at high quality. One of my door locks is a little tricky (when my contractor originally installed it, it was a little bit off and the lock wasn't smooth). Vsevolod was able to rekey the door lock and adjust it so that it locked smoothly. Bonus: they were both super sweet to my puppy!
